Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant Operations Support at a growing
U.S.-based logistics-focused firm. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring
smooth day-to-day operational workflows calendar coordination client communication and
real-time issue resolution. This opportunity provides exposure to executive-level decision-

Qualifications
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Proficiency in digital tools including Google Workspace (Sheets Calendar Gmail)
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Organized resourceful and capable of working independently
Comfort with managing logistics schedules or back-office workflows
Bonus: Familiarity with logistics freight or LTL dispatch operations
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications
Coordinate calendars appointments and meetings across departments and time zones
Support executive team with operational follow-ups and data tracking
Ensure accurate documentation of schedules task updates and workflow timelines
Troubleshoot scheduling and operational issues as they arise maintaining responsiveness
and professionalism
Assist with back-office functions including billing coordination email management and
internal process execution
Help manage critical information such as delivery schedules vendor communication and
client-facing documentation
