Job Description

Portfolio Administrator Pietermaritzburg
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Portfolio Administrator to join their team.



Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and recommendations on the clients overall portfolios together with portfolio construction
  • Update client portfolios on Elite Wealth and any other program in use now and in the future
  • Service and maintain existing clients and their records on Elite Wealth as is required by FAIS
  • The computer database on Elite Wealth and Atwork should be updated whenever client records change
  • Any other tasks which you may be required to perform regarding the clients Life/Investment Planning requirements
  • Calling for policy information
  • To assist where necessary when needed with all administrative duties in the office
  • Updating of client portfolios

Requirements
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Financial services Payroll/HR Accounting Legal or Insurance
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles within the financial services industry
