Our client in the service sector is seeking a professional and dedicated Storeman to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Receive inspect and record all incoming stock supplies and deliveries.
- Safely store goods in appropriate locations and ensure items are correctly labeled and organized.
- Issue stock to departments as per approved requisitions and maintain accurate records of all stock movements.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory or replenishment needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storeroom to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and non-perishable items adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of stock using inventory management systems or manual logs.
- Assist in preparing procurement requests and liaising with suppliers when needed.
- Identify damaged or expired goods and ensure they are handled in line with company policy.

Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management Logistics Supply Chain or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a storekeeping or inventory control role preferably in the service or hospitality industry.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel and inventory software experience is an advantage).
- Knowledge of health safety and hygiene standards for storing goods.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
