Job Description
Our client is looking for a Tractor Drawn Implements Technician to join their team
Salary and Benefits:
- Negotiable
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains/ repairs and servicing of all tractor drawn implements Planters Sprayers Self Propelled sprayers Mowers Bailers Seed drills Disc Harrows etc.
- Performs assessments for repairs both at in the field as well as at workshop.
- Pick parts required for jobs using the dealer portal.
- Refurbishment of implements including field mechanical settings hydraulics electrical and electronic systems.
- Diagnose electronic fault codes using an electronic service tool.
- Attend to field service services and breakdowns.
- Adheres to all the HSE policies and procedures.
Key Skills:
- Proven 5 years or more of hands-on experience
- Dealership experience as well as additional specialised training will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Class 1 Diesel Plant Fitter Motor Mechanics to include Diesel and Tractor Mechanics.
- Clean Drivers license.
- Knowledge of any Electronic Service Tool or ERP computer system.
