Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead their technical team and oversee the planning execution and delivery of engineering projects.
Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Oversee product design development and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations industry standards and company procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare budgets technical reports and performance metrics.
Key Skills:
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles safety standards and manufacturing processes.
- Leadership and people management
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and technical reporting
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Electrical Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 8 years experience in an engineering role with 3 years in a leadership position.
