Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients visitors and tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage appointments and scheduling for property viewings meetings and other events.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing photocopying and preparing documents for meetings.
- Assist in managing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Support the real estate agents with clerical and administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain and update client databases and property information.
- Provide general office support ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferably in real estate or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and polished appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree/Diploma
- At least 3 Years Experience in a similar role
