Key Responsibilities:

      • Issue permanent entrance cards to all KGSH staff upon joining the firm
      • Report lost and stolen entry cards and provide replacements for employees
      • Manage temporary access cards ensuring they are returned promptly
      • Register all incoming visitors and clients and prearrange rooms for welcoming them
      • Assist with catering arrangements for client meetings or events
      • Handle the processing of external mail including inbound outbound
        and courier deliveries
      • Provide administrative support and back-up assistance to Group Assistants as needed.

      Requirements:

      Preferred background: University studies/diploma.

      Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge.

      Technical skills and Experience:

      • Confidence to work with senior executives
      • Advanced Excel knowledge
      • Precision and accuracy able to work individually flexibility
      • Good problem solving skills.

      Attitude: reliable client-oriented mindset and proactive personality.

      Advantages:

      • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support
