Job Description
Our client a well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to join their team.
Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving storage inventory management and dispatch of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure effective utilization of warehouse space equipment and labor.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock takes and system reconciliations.
- Coordinate closely with production procurement and logistics departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage and develop warehouse staff including training performance reviews and shift planning.
- Generate warehouse reports including stock levels inventory accuracy and dispatch efficiency.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and usage of warehouse equipment.

- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse software systems
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Key Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in warehouse management preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
