Our client is looking for Event /Project Manager (6 Month Contract) to join their team

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the concert project from concept to post-event reporting.
- Develop and maintain the master project plan budget and timeline.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including marketing logistics production hospitality
- administration and finance.
- Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to meet financial targets through sponsorships and ticketing
- revenue.
- Identify and engage new strategic partners and sponsors.
- Prepare professional proposals presentations and partnership pitches.
- Manage all elements of concert execution including venue permits suppliers artist liaison volunteers and
- vendors.
- Ensure timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
- Lead the coordination of technical production hospitality quality control decor safety and site logistics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive ticket sales social media engagement media partnerships and
- Ensure the event brand and messaging is consistent across all channels.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and adjust campaigns as needed.
- Track all key project deliverables deadlines and budgets.
- Submit progress reports to stakeholders.
- Lead the post-event debrief and impact report.
- Securing of sponsors partners and funding to meet budget targets.
- Successful execution of the concert event on time and within budget.
- Marketing reach and ticket sales aligned with strategic goals.
- High-level stakeholder satisfaction (artists partners vendors attendees).
- Post-event reporting and analysis completed within 2 weeks of the event.

Qualifications:
