Job Description
Our client is looking for a Commissionaire who will be responsible for ensuring safety and monitoring security/access control processes for the organisation.
Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Patient and Family Engagement:
Patient and Family Engagement:
- Welcome patients family members visitors and other stakeholders verifying their purpose of visit and provide guidance on available services and support during their visit.
- Attend to visitor enquiries.
- Facilitates communication between visitors and healthcare personnel.
- Record accurate patient and family visits.
- Follow up with Ward Management on patient visitors.
- Refer prospective patients and visitors to the appropriate wards and departments.
- Compliance with hospital policies on entry and exit to patients and visitors.
Security systems and External Security Coordination:
- Conduct regular patrols of the entry and exit points of the hospital to deter and detect suspicious activities.
- Monitor movement of company assets employees contractors clients and visitors.
- Check access controls at hospital entrances and exits.
- Monitor and inspect fire equipment emergency exit passageways and doors.
- Record incidents that occur at the point of access to the the hospital premises.
- Monitor work attendance for contracted security guards.
Driver and Fleet Management:
- Check the deployment schedule of all company vehicles and make appropriate changes.
- Plan and facilitate transportation of employees and goods.
- Monitor vehicle fleet and driver availability.
- Physically inspects company vehicles at the beginning of every shift.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge and technical proficiency in electronic security systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Qualifications:
- 5 O Levels including English and Mathematics.
- Class 4 drivers license.
- Basic certificate in security.
- 2 years experience in a relevant position.
