A leading manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Stores Controller to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores department.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular stock takes and reconciliations.
- Implement and monitor stock control systems to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Manage receipt storage and issuance of raw materials spares and finished products.
- Ensure proper documentation and coding of all materials.
- Liaise with procurement production and finance departments to align stock with production needs.
- Maintain cleanliness safety and security of the store area.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and recommend improvements to stock control procedures.
- Lead and supervise store personnel ensuring adherence to SOPs.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems.
- Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management Stores Management Purchasing & Supply or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
