Our client is seeking a dedicated Marketer/Assistant to the GM to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
- Manage the GMs schedule appointments and correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare reports presentations and meeting materials as required.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items arising from meetings and communications.
- Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal teams or external stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with project management and special initiatives led by the General Manager.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support event planning and travel arrangements as needed.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience (2 years) as an executive assistant or similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with office management and administrative procedures.
