Job Description
We are looking for Counter sales Representatives for an automotive retail company in Zambia.
Salary and Benefits:
- Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by establishing contact with prospects and converting them into clients.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads.
- Showcase our product or service to potential customers highlighting its benefits and how it addresses their needs.
- Achieve assigned sales targets to meet overall monthly store and business targets.
- Maintain after-sales contact to ensure customer satisfaction and future business.
- Track relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of the sales process and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Technical and tyre product knowledge
- Tyre balancing and operation of balancing machines
- Knowledge of operating calibrating & testing of alignment machines
- Competency in alignment of vehicles (technical adjustments plus interpretation)
- Knowledge of Alignment (interpretation of vehicle behaviour)
- Well-versed with fitting and stripping tyres
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- Valid Drivers Licence
