Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Lodge Anchor for a prestigious luxury lodge situated in the heart of the Kruger National Park. This role is ideal for a dynamic and guestfocused individual who is passionate about highend hospitality and ready to step into a leadership support role within a worldclass safari destination.
Key Focus Areas:
Support the General Manager and Lodge Manager in the daily operations of the lodge
Represent and uphold the values and standards of the property brand at all times
Serve as a key ambassador for the lodge by hosting site inspections media and trade partners
Uphold and maintain established operational standards and guest experience protocols
Drive innovation in guest experience by staying updated on competitor offerings and industry trends
Assist across departments in the absence of an HOD
Host guests resolve complaints professionally and constructively and ensure feedback is acted upon
Maintain detailed guest information and ensure all departments are informed of preferences and requests
Attend and contribute to departmental meetings ensuring followup and communication across teams
Requirements Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry preferably in a luxury lodge or hotel
Sound computer literacy including MS Office Suite
Proven ability to meet operational and servicerelated targets
Strong understanding of highend customer service and guest interaction
Knowledge of inventory supply chain and product management
Valid South African Code 08 driver s licence
