Job Description

Partner 1 Lodge Operations Manager:

  • Oversee all front-of-house duties including guest check-in/out hosting and service excellence

  • Manage housekeeping maintenance scheduling stock control and supplier relations

  • Handle administrative tasks such as reservations ordering and cost control

  • Support marketing and social media content where required

  • Lead motivate and train staff to maintain the lodge s high standards

Partner 2 Field Guide & Wildlife Experience Manager:

  • Conduct daily guided game drives and bush walks ensuring guest safety and exceptional interpretation of the environment

  • Assist with lodge hosting and guest interaction when not guiding

  • Monitor wildlife movements and work closely with other guides/rangers in the reserve

  • Maintain vehicles equipment and guiding compliance records

  • Contribute to conservation and environmental management initiatives



Requirements

  • Previous experience in lodge management or similar hospitality leadership role (preferably as a couple)

  • One partner must have relevant field guiding nature site or environmental interpretation qualifications along with valid professional permits and first aid certification

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication hosting and guest-relations abilities

  • Ability to work in a remote bush environment with a small team

  • Computer literacy (MS Office reservations systems an advantage)

  • Hands-on flexible and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience
