The Collections Coordinator is responsible for the management of operations associated with Collections and Public Place Bins activities carried out within the Operations service unit and involves all aspects of operational planning staffing and reporting.

Reporting to the Manager Service Delivery and serving as a key member of the Waste Services team this positions primary responsibility is ensuring safe and efficient operations for our collections and public place bins. This is achieved by providing leadership and direction to the team leaders and operating teams and reports prioritising work activities and developing staff members to allow them to reach their potential.

Working with the Waste Services team the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organisational strategies policies and procedures.

Remuneration: $104536.76 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 11.5% Superannuation per annum for a 35hour week.
