Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and define business requirements for sustainability projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current systems and processes to evaluate their effectiveness in meeting sustainability goals.
- Design and propose enhancements to systems that align with Exxaros sustainability objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure seamless integration of new solutions into existing systems and workflows minimizing disruption.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor and report on the progress of implemented solutions making recommendations for further improvements as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex information and insights clearly and effectively.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sustainability applying this knowledge to projects and solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure the alignment of solutions with organizational objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of new solutions ensuring project delivery within scope and budget.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science Sustainability Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solution Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to evaluate and recommend system enhancements
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle and system integration techniques
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for sustainability and environmental conservation practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced setting
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is an added advantage
- Experience in the mining or energy sector is a plus
