Job Description

Introduction

SPAR South Rand is looking to recruit a Retail OPS Admin Controller (STATS) C BAND to join their dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Based in Jet Park the purpose of the position is to provide statistical data to support the Retail Operations Team.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Retail Stats & Systems:
  • Maintain store and department data in ERED and Intelliacc.
  • Retrieve store data from Retail Sigma Systems via Intelliacc.
  • Manage GRV books process (Order track and split costs).
  • Capture manual updates for missing store data.
  • Consolidate and analyse data to produce Retail Stats Reports.
  • Share reports with DC senior management and store turnover figures with Retail Operations.

Purchases & C/O reports:
  • Update ERED with purchases SPAR Brands budgets and SAB purchases.
  • Consolidate data to compile the Store Performance report as per C/O requirements.
  • Share performance reports with DC senior management.
  • Maintain SharePoint updates for loyalty BBBEE turnover purchases store movements and trend growth reports.
    Additional Reports:
  • Collate data for guild fees calculations and guild fees reports.
  • Maintain and update overrider data for ROM and Retail.

General Duties:
  • Generate ad hoc reports for Cell Meetings and DC senior requests.
  • Compile the Retail Stats Pack including turnover purchases special reports loyalty and guild fee tracking.
  • Track Look & Learn stats for international and regional visitors.
  • Support Retail Operations with special events.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) is a prerequisite.
  • Tertiary qualification in business management or a similar qualification.
  • Previous Data Capturing experience (essential).
  • FMCGrelated experience would be advantageous.
  • Computer Literacy (MS word MS excel Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhering to deadlines.
  • Good decisionmaking skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to build strategic working relationships with Suppliers and Retailers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customers service skills.
  • Customer orientated.
  • Attention to detail and deadline driven
  • Analytical and accurate.
  • Strong drive initiative sense of urgency and use of innovation to resolve business challenges in a pressurized/demanding work environment.
