Job Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance AI agent workflows to improve accuracy containment and customer satisfaction.
Investigate test and update AI experiences using platform data and tools.
Collaborate with content operations and engineering teams for timely updates.
Partner with QA to identify trends and prioritize optimizations.
Troubleshoot system errors or broken intents and coordinate fixes with vendor and engineering teams.
Qualifications :
Job Skills/Requirements
23 years of experience in customer service operations AI-driven support or support content strategy.
Knowledge of trending AI technologies and their applications in customer service.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced evolving environment.
