Job Description
Experience
Minimum:
- At least 3 years Development Team Lead experience leading a technical team (Test Analyst System Analysis System Developers and Configuration Analyst)
- 35 years CRM (Salesforce/nCino) experience
- Experience in progressive database or software development roles
- At least 3 years Salesforce Development Experience
- Software development experience in Java programming
- System integration knowledge is required.
- System/Business analysis and design exposure
- Database Experience
- Cloud experience on AWS
- Manage Systems Delivery and Operations (DevOps)
- CICD tool exposure
- Project Management principles and methodologies
- In an environment which required validating work
- Stakeholder relationship engagement and management
- Responsibility for delivery in a fast moving environment
- Banking/Retail industry (Credit)
- Implementation and maintenance of financial and contact centre systems and procedures
- Project Management principles and methodologies
- Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Qualifications (Minimum)
