As a Marketing Delivery Analyst within theCard Services team you will execute creative credit card acquisition tactics across various marketing channels including online direct mail retail and alternative media. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and driving growth within Chases Consumer & Community Banking Group.
Job Responsibilities :
- Execute and gain approvals for credit card marketing campaigns based on strategic direction.
- Focus on seamless execution for customer acquisition with an eye on customer experience.
- Utilize project management skills to manage diverse and dispersed stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and develop efficiencies
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all marketing activities
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills :
- 2 years of experience in campaign management marketing advertising media agency or creative strategy.
- Bachelors Degree required
- Proven understanding of marketing and the competitive landscape.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-obsessed with a deep understanding of the customer experience.
- Strong communication interpersonal skills and leadership potential.
- Proven ability to promote a strong control environment and adhere to risk/control procedures.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills :
- Credit card/financial services experience preferred.
- Positive attitude embrace change and ability to be flexible.
