Job Title:
Foreclosures Secretary (Defended).
Qualification:
Matric.
Secretarial or Paralegal Diploma.
Minimum Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Litigation Secretary in defended foreclosure matters.
Experience specifically with defended foreclosure cases preferably involving Standard Bank.
Ability to perform general administrative tasks relevant to a defended foreclosure department.
Experience in drafting and processing legal documents under attorney supervision including motions pleadings notices sheriffs letters and other litigation-related documentation.
Competency in managing case files and documentation ensuring all files are current and well-organized.
Effective communication with clients counterparts and defendants.
Coordination with legal professionals to ensure timely filings court appearances reporting and feedback to clients.
Proficiency in My Attorneys and CACS (bank-related systems) GhostPractice and Caselines.
