Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the live casino studio ensuring games are broadcasted without technical issues.
- Oversee the scheduling staffing and performance of personnel.
- Oversee live games to ensure compliance with internal standards gaming regulations.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any technical issues.
People Management:
- Lead mentor and manage the studio staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure all team members understand game rules technical aspects and customer interaction best practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure optimal team performance.
- Approves employee scheduling shift rotations and leave to maintain adequate studio coverage.
Quality Assurance & Performance:
- Oversee the quality of live-streamed casino games focusing on both customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Approves performance KPIs related to uptime game quality and player satisfaction.
Technical Oversight:
- Collaborate with the technical teams to ensure the optimal functioning of all studio-related technology including cameras audio equipment and live-streaming software.
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained with regular inspections updates and repairs as needed.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Oversee that all live gaming operations comply with local and international gaming regulations.
- Work with the legal and compliance teams to stay up to date on changing regulations and implement necessary adjustments in studio operations.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Identify potential areas for automation or system improvements and work with relevant departments to implement solutions.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- B level Degree preferred
- Strong communication skills.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Extensive operations management experience ideally in Gaming hospitality live broadcast or similar staff and process intensive environments
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Proficiency in operational management systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong MS Office suite skills
