Job Description
- Keeping us on track by monitoring compliance with FAIS POPIA and the FICA Act.
- Assisting in the design roll-out and refinement of our compliance policies and procedures.
- Performing regular audits and assessments to ensure that were always a step ahead.
- Maintaining clear organized and accurate compliance documentation.
- Preparing detailed reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Educating and supporting staff with practical up-to-date compliance guidance.
- Staying informed on legislative updates and advising the business accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Law) or Auditing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a compliance role ideally within financial services.
- Solid understanding of FAIS POPIA and the FICA Act.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skillswritten verbal and interpersonal.
- A team player who can also thrive when working independently.
