Join a national logistics company on a 6-month contract as a Temporary Debtors Clerk based in Irene. Over the course of six months youll gain hands-on experience with full-cycle debtor processes work closely with internal departments and contribute to critical financial functions.
You will be responsible for managing debtors transactions following up on queries related to debtors transactions as well as document management.
REQUIREMENTS- South African citizen.
- Code B drivers license and own transport.
- Fluent in English.
- Senior certificate (NQF 4).
- Minimum 3 years Debtors working experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Sage will be an advantage.
- Relevant work-related skill knowledge and/or experience will be an advantage.
DUTIES:- Send invoices to clients.
- Allocate debtors payment received daily.
- Follow up on all debtors payments and resolve all debtors and/or internal queries raised.
- Update age analysis for weekly meetings.
- Process product claims and issue manual invoices.
The proposed salary for the role is R18k - R23k per month but the option remains with the client to offer any market related salary considering the candidates qualifications skills and experience.
