This role is critical to unlocking value from the banks technology investments driving innovation in reconciliations and ensuring that solutions are sustainable scalable and aligned to business needs.
The incumbent will work closely with the reconciliation teams embedding themselves in day-to-day operations to identify inefficiencies directly developed practical solutions and embed automation and intelligence into reconciliation processes.
Experience in operational processes and problem-solving combined with strong technical skills in data workflows and AI is critical.

Field of Study: Information Technology or any relevant qualifications
Experience Required
5-7 years
This role requires at least 7 years of experience in customer data and information lifecycle with an understanding of BI technologies and practices. This experience must include the management of a team as well as the implementation of large-scale projects.
Have the ability to work hands-on with data and technology building practical solutions using the banks existing technology stack including Microsoft tools and AI platforms already invested in.
