Job Description
TopTalent Recruitment Agency is excited to announce an incredible opportunity with a leading financial broker brand seeking experienced French-speaking Sales Conversion Agents for their office in Cape Town South Africa.
Please note that only those with a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in sales conversion in the Forex industry will be considered seriously and proceed to the next stages of the recruitment process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote the companys products and service
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Influence and persuade others with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic sales environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets
REQUIREMENTS
- Native/fluent in Portuguese both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience (minimum 6 months experience) in same / similar role in Forex & CFD Industry is a MUST!
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills
- Availability to start/join with the short notice
