Job Purpose
GC Solar is seeking a forward-thinking person committed to delivering high-quality digital experiences. As part of our growth we re looking for a young talented and detail-oriented Website Developer to join our team and help bring our online presence to life.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support Functions:
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware software and network issues.
- Install configure and maintain desktop computers laptops printers and other peripherals.
- Ensure all software and systems are up to date including antivirus and backups.
- Assist in setting up new users and managing user accounts and permissions.
- Support with email configuration and troubleshooting (Outlook/Google Workspace/Exchange).
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses.
Website Design & Digital Maintenance:
- Design update and maintain the company website (WordPress Figma PHP Mysql).
- Ensure website is mobile-responsive user-friendly and SEO-optimized.
- Regularly update content such as banners blog posts product listings and news items.
- Monitor and improve website speed security and functionality.
- Integrate tools such as analytics social media plugins and contact forms.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in IT Web Design or a related field.
Experience:
Experience with UI/UX principles and tools like WordPress Figma PHP Mysql or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of version control systems.
Additional Requirements
Valid driver s license and own vehicle
Qualifications and Experience Required Education: Degree or diploma in Business Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field (preferred but not strictly required with sufficient experience). Experience: Minimum 3 5 years in a similar role supporting executives or legal teams. Experience in legal drafting, document control, or contract management is essential. Familiarity with legal terminology and the South African legal/business landscape. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with document management systems and e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Pro). Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
