Role Overview

As an Internal Sales Administrator you will manage the full sales administration cycle from quotes to invoicing while maintaining client relationships and supporting the sales process through telephonic and email follow-ups. The role is ideal for someone with a solid administrative foundation excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and orders.
  • Manage incoming customer queries and provide relevant product information.
  • Conduct telesales activities with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate delivery and collection planning with clients and couriers.
  • Support with general administrative tasks as needed including assisting with stock takes.
  • Maintain professional prompt communication via phone and email.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar internal sales or sales admin role.
  • Matric certificate required.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised with good planning and time management skills.
  • Able to handle high-pressure tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
