Job Description

Our client a leading innovator in payment services is seeking a passionate Test Analyst to join their close-knit agile team in Century City. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of cutting-edge payment applications by designing and executing manual and automated test scripts that meet stringent functional and non-functional requirements. Working in a fast-paced sprint-driven environment youll analyze system requirements prioritize test conditions and collaborate with talented developers to refine development practices. The teams weekly lunches foster camaraderie sparking creative ideas and strengthening collaboration as you innovate together.
Your responsibilities will include managing test environments maintaining technical documentation verifying fixes and conducting defect trend analysis to ensure seamless handovers from QA to operations. Youll contribute to evolving testing strategies aligning with sprint goals and industry standards and have the chance to shape secure scalable solutions for major retailers and financial institutions. With a hybrid work model (3 days on-site) youll enjoy flexibility alongside vibrant in-person collaboration.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in a test/QA role preferably in payment systems or financial services
Proficient in designing building and executing manual and automated test scripts
Skilled in analyzing requirements to develop effective test cases and strategies
Experience with load testing and ensuring compliance with industry protocols
Strong defect tracking fix verification and impact analysis skills
Ability to manage test environments and maintain technical documentation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
Knowledge of payment industry security standards is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complexity and make timely decisions
Strong collaboration and communication skills thriving in a team that innovates over shared lunches
Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent prior learning.
Certified Test Analyst or equivalent certification preferred.
