Our client a fast growing company specialized in the fintech industry who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical tech product and business positions across the organization.
Define hiring needs build job descriptions and develop recruitment strategies aligned with the Companys growth roadmap.
Source screen and evaluate candidates through both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques.
Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems ensuring accuracy compliance and data-driven reporting.
Build and nurture talent pipelines proactively engaging with passive candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay current with industry trends compensation benchmarks and talent intelligence in the tech and fintech markets.
Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media events and partnerships with tech communities and universities.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
At least 4 years experience with a strong track record in track record in fintech banking v technology is a plus.
Strong background in tech recruitment with strong grasp of technical roles and market dynamics.
Strong communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Proactive data-driven and highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple open roles at once.
Proficiency in English.
