Job Description

As a Personal & Administrative Assistant you ll manage schedules emails errands travel and high-stakes decisions for an executive leader. Your detail-oriented support will ensure efficiency confidentiality and reliability on a global scale.

Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mon Fri 09:00 AM 06:00 PM
Work setup: Permanent WFH

Your Daily Tasks
  • Manage and synchronize the Director s work and personal calendars schedules and appointments
  • Organize and oversee international and domestic travel accommodation and logistics
  • Handle confidential private errands purchases and admin for the Director
  • Respond to and draft professional emails letters and phone communications on behalf of the Director
  • Ensure task prioritization and time management to keep all commitments efficient and on track
  • Liaise with banks legal tax and government bodies on behalf of the Director
  • Manage purchases and services for the Director s personal life and business operations
  • Stay on-call after hours (until midnight) to resolve time-sensitive issues
  • Proactively anticipate needs and get the job done no matter what

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years in executive or personal assistant roles
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Adobe Acrobat Pro email etiquette and calendar management
  • Great phone skills
  • Experience in admin finance scheduling purchasing and travel organization
  • Bonus if familiar with mining import/export trusts or company registries
