As the F&B Coordinator you will play a vital support role to the Director of Food & Beverage and the F&B leadership team. You will ensure smooth administrative operations coordinate interdepartmental communication assist in reporting and help uphold Fairmonts standards of service excellence. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and organization.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of F&B and outlet managers (e.g. scheduling correspondence reports).
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including agenda preparation and minutes.
- Manage documentation such as purchase requests training records checklists and departmental SOPs.
- Assist in tracking budgets inventory reports and performance metrics.
- Support planning and execution of F&B promotions events and seasonal campaigns.
- Serve as liaison with other departments including Talent & Culture Finance and Marketing.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly and weekly reports.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for F&B operations.
Qualifications :
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); knowledge of Opera HR system or similar systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking ability.
- Professional discreet and committed to delivering exceptional internal service.
