The selected Consultants will enter a Framework for Professional Service (the Agreement) with SNV with expected timeframe from July 2025 December 2027 covering the listed technical support areas. Based on the signed Agreement the detailed tasks with allocated working days and timeline will be discussed and agreed under Tasks Orders for each mobilization period signed by the consultant and SNV authorized representative.
Qualifications :
Educational background:
o Masters or above degrees in in Gender Studies Development Studies Sociology Agricultural Economics or a related field
Language:
o Excellent written and spoken English
General professional experiences in GEDSI:
o At least 7 years of experience with ODA-funded projects related to gender equality and/or disability social inclusion in the context of agriculture rural development or natural resource management
o Familiarity with and experience in the agriculture sector particularly the rice sector is highly desirable
o Experience in DFAT funded projects and working with private sector and local communities
o Experience in supporting companies to integrate the GEDSI into the recruitment procedures and business practices
o Track record in conducting the studies and analysis action plans on GEDSI or facilitating participatory GEDSI assessments
o Experience in working with government agencies development actors and local communities especially with the ethnic minority and women farmer groups
o Experience in design and delivery of TOT training in the related topics with the participatory approach for private sector community-based and multi-stakeholder settings
Regional experiences:
o Experience in projects in the Southeast Asian countries
o Experience in projects in Viet Nam
Others:
o Extremely high level of independence integrity and versatility
o Strong objective critical and analytical skills and the ability to analyse evaluate summarise and effectively present data
o Ability to work remotely in a team and to collaborate in a fast-paced multicultural and diverse environment

SNV will review all EOIs received in accordance with the guidelines and criteria in this solicitation. SNV reserves the right to exclude any EOIs that do not meet the guidelines. Please note that SNV is unable to provide detailed feedback to those EOIs that are not selected.
Step 1: SNV will shortlist selected EOIs. Successful applicants will be contacted by SNV for Framework Agreements for Consultancy Services or informed to keep on our consultant roster for two years.
Step 2: SNV will release Task Orders for the specific activities with the selected consultants based on the Framework Agreements signed accordingly.
