Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Project Manager to join our growing this pivotal role you will be instrumental in implementing and launching innovative Fintech products including virtual credit cards and related applications. You will work closely with the Founders effectively coordinating efforts across various functional teams to ensure projects progress smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Take complete ownership of Fintech product development projects from conception through to launch meticulously planning executing and monitoring progress to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Complex System Management: Expertly manage complex projects involving mobile front-end and backend systems specifically focusing on the integration of payment gateways and customer service functionalities.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Drive collaboration and maintain seamless coordination with Technical Product App Product and Marketing teams fostering clear communication and efficient problem resolution.
- Testing Cycle Management: Oversee and manage the entire end-to-end testing cycle ensuring robust product quality and performance.
- External Partner Coordination: Proactively coordinate project planning and execution with external partner organizations to achieve shared objectives.
- Requirements & Design: Elicit analyze and translate complex business requirements into clear actionable specifications for development teams contributing to product design and feature definition.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify assess and mitigate potential project risks implementing strategies to ensure smooth delivery and minimize disruptions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and maintain rigorous project tracking providing precise and regular updates to the Founders on project status key milestones challenges and achievements.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accelerate delivery.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of proven experience in a dedicated project management role with a strong emphasis on delivering complex projects involving mobile front-end and backend systems especially those integrating payments and customer service.
- Prior project management experience within a startup environment is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with various project management collaboration tools.
- A robust "get things done" attitude coupled with a proactive independent and solution-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to thrive and deliver in a dynamic fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Fluency in English is essential for direct communication with the Founders.
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related discipline.
