Our client is a company specialized in financial services who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts agreements and legal documents related to investment brokerage underwriting and corporate transactions.
Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Monitor and interpret changes in securities laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business.
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to corporate governance shareholder matters and board meetings.
Manage and liaise with external legal counsel on litigation arbitration or other legal proceedings when necessary.
Support contract management systems and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Provide training to relevant business units on legal matters and company legal policies.
Collaborate with other departments to mitigate legal risks and support business decisions with legal insights.
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Law (LL.B) or higher lawyer practicing certificate is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience preferably in the financial services or securities industry.
In-depth knowledge of commercial and securities laws in Vietnam.
Experience in contract drafting corporate legal matters and transaction structuring.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across functions.
High proficiency in English both written and verbal (legal English preferred).
Detail-oriented ethical and able to work independently under pressure.
Team player with a proactive mindset and solution-driven approach.
