Requirements
- Management of the assigned portfolio of applications
- Collaboration with service providers suppliers and other consultants in
- Group Digital Technology to design develop and implement required solutions in ServiceNow
- Provision of valuebased assessments and workshops to facilitate in maximizing business outcomes from ServiceNow software
- Handling of escalations incidents problems and changes related to ServiceNow
- Participation in ServiceNowbased projects
- Contribute towards the design and implementation of complex solutions to meet the organizations Group requirements and Business Entities. Leadership in solutions by providing designs conducting code reviews adhering to best practices and setting solution advice standards
- Partner with Service Providers to Lead Project and Solution Architecture for configuring and implementing custom applications/modules
- Alignment with peers to ensure timely budgetconscious and scopecompliant delivery.
- Support internal/external teams to satisfy integration needs
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including GxP
- Provide advice on technical aspects of the respective application and integration to the organizations Applications
- Ensures that relevant technical strategies policies standards and practices (including security) are applied correctly
- Take full responsibility for business analysis within ServiceNow modules and solutions
- Lead ITSM activities to resolve issues within ServiceNow platform
- Attend weekly operational meetings with the vendor
- Manage changes upgrades certifications and enhancements
- Create and manage the budget and subsequent payments & recharges
- Manage all vendor SLAs related to in scope applications
- Manage the vendor including contract reviews SOWs and MSA
- Ensure the validated status of ServiceNow
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in software development
- 5 years of experience specifically focused on implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments
- 5 years of extensive technology experience covering the development implementation integrations and maintenance of largescale systems
- 3 years of expertise as a ServiceNow Senior Platform Consultant including collaboration with OEM service providers
