Job purpose:
The role requires the ability to plan and execute all digital marketing strategies set by the Group Marketing Manager determined by the Companys business.
Minimum requirements:
- Relevant Qualification in Digital Marketing
- 3 5 Years experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing plans and campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Understand search engine optimization and how it is applied
- Understand payperclick strategies and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibility:
- Carry out digital marketing in alignment to Business and Divisional objectives.
- Coordinate divisional strategy sessions to understand divisional strategies.
- Create digital content that supports divisional and business strategies.
- Build and optimize our digital platforms to increase the companys digital presence and visibility to ensure that the Company brand is front of mind.
- Brainstorming and implementing creative digital growth strategies to generate leads.
- Develop a holistic digital marketing strategy and execute it through conducting competitor and audience research.
- Create monthly marketing strategies: Generating content ideas allocating budgets coordinating photoshoots scheduling and implementing.
- Monthly & ad hoc campaign reporting: Reporting on the performance of all digital marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs) and providing recommendations to optimize future performance.
- Social Media community management: Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve any issues they may be experiencing in a timeous manner. Keep response scripts updated as and when changes arise.
- Keeping abreast with new trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and ad spend.
