Job Description
- Lead and manage civil construction projects ensuring timely and budgetcompliant delivery.
- Supervise site operations maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures.
- Manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with clients stakeholders and the community.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in civil construction management particularly in bulk earthworks and road construction.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of South African construction regulations and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
