Unit Nursing Manager to lead one of their high-performing clinical units.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursing team within the unit fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient safety.
Manage staffing levels scheduling and resource allocation.
Provide clinical support and mentorship to nursing staff.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Monitor unit performance metrics and report to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in Insert Country/Region.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management preferred.
Minimum 4 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a high-pressure healthcare environment.
