Lead and manage the plant maintenance team ensuring smooth and safe daily operations
Drive preventative and corrective maintenance strategies for maximum equipment uptime
Take charge of mechanical and electrical systems from boilers and steam systems to generation equipment
Roll up your sleeves to diagnose repair and optimize plant systems when needed
Ensure strict compliance with OHS Act General Machinery Regulations and labour legislation
Align maintenance activities with operational goals stock control and capital spares management
Build a performance-focused culture through mentoring coaching and leadership
Technical Diploma or Mechanical Engineering Degree
2-4 years in a similar maintenance management role
At least 5 years in industrial maintenance/engineering
Proven knowledge of boilers steam systems power generation and CMMS tools
Hands-on experience with OHS SHERQ and risk management protocols
Tactical thinker with strong project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of maintenance planning labour management and compliance standards
Skilled communicator with sharp leadership instincts
Comfortable under pressure with a sense of urgency and accountability
Technically sharp highly organized and laser-focused on safety and performance
