We are seeking an experienced Project Maintenance Manager to lead our site asset management and maintenance operations at our Maules Creek this role youll drive asset health performance and reliability while fostering strong relationships with both your team and our clients.

- Deliver outstanding maintenance outcomes for earthmoving equipment in a demanding mining environment
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through guidance support and clear direction
- Drive improvements in productivity efficiency and cost management
- Develop and execute effective maintenance management strategies
- Build and maintain a strong safety-focused culture on site
What Youll Bring
- Mechanical trade qualification with relevant mobile plant experience (CAT Hitachi etc)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices and workflows
- Ability to collaborate with clients and prioritise maintenance needs within complex site environments
- Excellent planning communication and time management skills
- Proven leadership and team development capability
- Solid understanding of HSET requirements in NSW Mining
- Commercial and financial awareness in line with project goals
