Duties & Responsibilities
ENVIRONMENT:
Our client an industry-leading tech innovator is on the lookout for a vibrant and driven Customer Excellence & Development Representative to join their dynamic remote team. Youll be part support superhero part sales trailblazer and part operations wizard all while being a vital voice for customer success.
DUTIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support across multiple channels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues with care and speed
- Generate and qualify leads to help grow the customer base
- Conduct engaging inside sales calls and schedule demos for the sales team
- Provide valuable technical assistance and product guidance to new and existing customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and feedback
- Take on light admin tasks such as data entry filing and documentation management
- Support the customer success and development teams in their day-to-day operations
