*Key Responsibilities:**
1. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries resolving issues and addressing customer concerns via phone email or in-person interactions.
2. Assist with accounts receivable functions including processing payments issuing invoices and reconciling customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment processing.
