Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our air conditioning company located in the Little Havana Miami area. This is a stable in-office position offering long-term growth opportunities.
Location: Little Havana Miami FL
Salary Range: $65000 $90000 annually (stable office position)
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and manage HVAC projects from the office.
- Handle service scheduling programming and project planning for residential and commercial HVAC services.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong client relationships providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians and teams to ensure projects meet quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HVAC codes.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required.
- Proven experience in HVAC industry.
- Strong computer skills scheduling programming and project planning.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
