Position : SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS MANAGER
Work Hours : Monday - Friday 9-6pm (but may vary depending on workload)
Timezone : Morocco time (Western European Time)
Holidays : Mix of both (Client and Candidates country)
Pay Range : USD 2000 - 2500 per month(The final offer is at the clients discretion and will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manufacturing Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between manufacturers in Morocco Vietnam and China ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with global clients distribution partners and suppliers while proactively addressing concerns and inquiries.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee and enhance supply chain processes to reduce delays improve efficiency and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Communicate timelines handle potential production or shipping issues and precisely manage custom orders.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Work closely with the on-ground manager in Morocco to ensure product quality resolve discrepancies and address material concerns.
- Financial & Accounts Coordination: Collaborate with the Australian-based team to manage invoicing purchase orders and packing list verification ensuring high accuracy in numerical and accounts-related tasks.
- Inventory & Logistics Oversight: Monitor inventory levels shipments and supplier performance to prevent disruptions in the supply chain.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy in handling invoices purchase orders and packing lists.
- Initiative and resourcefulness to manage challenges proactively.
- Experience in supplier management quality control and handling discrepancies.
- Understanding of materials (preferably tiles or natural products).
- Ability to work within the Morocco time zone (South Africa-based candidates preferred).
- Excellent English proficiency with clear and professional communication.
- Experience in international supply chain management logistics or operations is a plus.
CURRENT CHALLENGER & EXPECTATIONS- The existing Australian-based team member is highly skilled in invoicing and POs but lacks a strong focus on customer carethis role will fill that gap.
- Proactive engagement with manufacturers and clients is essential to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling of custom requests pricing inquiries and order management must be executed with efficiency.
- Close collaboration with the on-ground manager in Morocco is necessary to guarantee product quality and resolve any issues.
- Strengthening and managing relationships with distribution partners and global clients will be a key focus.
