- Lead the identification and specification of ERP application solutions that meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with end-users to resolve ERP-related issues and provide training on system functionalities.
- Engage with the Information Technology department to ensure effective user acceptance testing and implementation of system enhancements.
- Support the Commercial Manager in quantifying efficiencies related to IT application opportunities.
