Job Title: General Office Administrator

Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office including coordinating schedules handling correspondence maintaining office supplies and providing support to staff members as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including answering phone calls and emails
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff members
- Maintain office filing systems and databases
- Order and manage office supplies
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports
- Assist with planning and organizing company events and meetings
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying filing and data entry
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and maintained
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position Monday to Friday
- Office setting with occasional need to work outside normal business hours for events or meetings
