Job Description

Our client a dynamic and growing business in the fabrics and textiles industry is looking for a meticulous and proactive Junior Coordinator to join their team in Mount Edgecombe.


The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the fabrics or digital print industry and possess exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily production schedules and order tracking for fabric and textile orders.
  • Communicate with clients regarding order status timelines and any custom requests.
  • Liaise with the design cutting and printing teams to ensure workflow accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quality check orders to ensure standards are met before dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock samples and customer specifications.
  • Assist with coordinating deliveries and managing timelines.
  • Support the senior team with project planning and execution.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a fabrics textiles or digital print company is essential.
  • Excellent administrative and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail this is non-negotiable.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
