Job Description
Generic Objectives
- Maintain adequate levels of technical and non-technical stock.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of stock items and the use in Building maintenance.
- Ensure that the stock in the stores is secured and kept in an orderly and tidy fashion.
- Receive and issue stock in accordance with company procedure.
- Physical movement of stock packing of store and issuing of stock.
- Conduct stock counts on a regular basis.
- Ensure that information about stock received and issued is captured accurately on the stock management system critically the use of Infor EAM modules.
Stock control
- Effective stock control in terms of capturing and issuing of parts and consumables to off-set shrinkage. This aspect will be measured by Stock Audits
Feedback
- Provide feedback and critical observation to the Store Supervisor on daily issues and performance
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided and maintained.
ISO 9001; 14001 and45001 Quality Environmental and Health and Safety Standards
- Adhere to the TFSs Safety Health Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management Systems Policies and Procedures of as applicable to this position.
